Project Description
PROYAPI is providing engineering services for the 11.6 km long twin-tube highway tunnel as part of the Toğanalı-Kəlbəcər Road project in Azerbaijan. Managed by the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads, the project is designed to ensure safe and efficient transportation through challenging terrain. Initiated in 2021, it continues to enhance regional connectivity and deliver modern transportation solutions.
