PROYAPI provided survey and engineering services for the Rrogozhinë – Elbasan Road project in Albania. Managed by the Ministry of Transport and the General Directorate of Roads of the Republic of Albania, the project commenced in 1998 and was completed in 2000. Aimed at improving regional connectivity and delivering modern road infrastructure, this project represents a key component of Albania’s transportation network.
