Within the scope of the work for the preparation of project and bill of quantities (project-budget) documents regarding the measures to be taken for regulating the water flow regime and ensuring the efficient use of water resources in the Karkarçay Basin, the contract was signed on 20 November 2025 between Proyapı Engineering and Consultancy Inc. and the “Tikilməkdə Olan Obyektlərin Müdiriyyəti”, affiliated with the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (Azərbaycan Dövlət Su Ehtiyatları Agentliyi).

Within the scope of this project, Proyapı Engineering and Consultancy Inc. will implement its third dam project in Karabakh. Upon completion of the project, it is aimed to meet the drinking and domestic water needs of a total of 37 settlements, primarily including Xankendi, Shusha, Khojaly, Aghdam and Askeran, located within the Karkarçay Basin.
